Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy covers Infinite Gamer Inc. games, including Golf Simulator and Bowling Simulator, and their websites. It describes what our apps use on your device and what we do—and do not—collect. Questions: [email protected].

No Infinite Gamer account

You do not create an Infinite Gamer account. We do not run a player-profile service, and we do not ask for your name, email, or precise location inside our games. Local player names and setup choices stay on the device.

If you use Apple services, Game Center may hold achievements, leaderboard scores, and multiplayer state, while iCloud may keep earned content and progress available across your devices. Apple processes that data under your Apple Account and its privacy terms. Infinite Gamer does not receive your Apple Account credentials.

Camera and motion

Motion controls use the camera so the app can read body pose with Apple Vision and map a golf swing or bowling delivery. Frames and pose data are processed on the device for play. Infinite Gamer Inc. does not upload camera frames or pose data.

You can play without the camera by choosing touch or swipe controls. You can revoke camera access in iOS Settings at any time; motion controls stop working until you grant it again.

Nearby play and local network

Bowling Simulator may use Local Network access to discover and connect devices for nearby multiplayer. Discovery traffic stays on your local network and is used to host or join the game. It is not used to determine your physical location or build a profile.

Purchases

Game access and optional content use Apple In-App Purchase through StoreKit. Apple processes payment. We receive entitlement status so the app can unlock what you bought, not your full payment-card number. Manage subscriptions, restore purchases, or request refunds through your Apple Account and App Store settings.

What stays on your device

Our apps store preferences, player names, scores, earned content, and similar game state locally. Deleting an app removes its local store. Some progress may be restored from iCloud, Game Center, or a device backup associated with your Apple Account.

What we do not do

Our games do not include third-party advertising SDKs. Infinite Gamer Inc. does not sell personal information or use camera, motion, or local-network data to build advertising profiles.

Our websites may receive ordinary server logs and may use first-party or service-provider analytics to understand aggregate visits and site performance. Those website measurements do not include in-game camera frames or pose data.

AirPlay and TV

If you use AirPlay or Screen Mirroring, iOS handles the connection to the compatible display. The game draws or mirrors its scene on that display. It is not a broadcast to Infinite Gamer Inc.

Children

Our games are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should manage device permissions, Game Center, nearby play, and App Store purchases.

Requests and operator

Because most game data lives on your device or with Apple, the usual way to remove local data is to delete the app. For a privacy question or request, email [email protected].

Infinite Gamer Inc. operates the covered games and websites.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
