These terms are an agreement between you and Infinite Gamer Inc. They govern your use of our games, including Golf Simulator and Bowling Simulator, and our websites. If you do not agree, do not use the apps or websites. Questions: [email protected].
The games
Infinite Gamer Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play its games on devices you own or control, through the App Store, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute an app except as allowed by law or Apple’s terms.
Free play and purchases
Our games may offer limited free play before purchase. The amount of free play and the products available are shown in the app and can differ by game. Purchases may include:
- Lifetime access: a one-time purchase that unlocks the covered game without a recurring access charge.
- Non-renewing passes: one-time purchases that unlock play for the period shown at purchase. They do not renew. Unused time is not carried forward.
- Optional subscriptions: a game may offer a monthly or annual add-on. The purchase screen states what it unlocks, the renewal period, and how content changes if membership ends.
- Characters, locations, and equipment: optional one-time purchases may permanently unlock an individual item or set for the covered game.
Prices are set in the App Store and charged by Apple. The product details and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase control if they differ from this page. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
Some content can also be earned through play. Thresholds shown in the app control and may change between versions, though content already earned or purchased remains subject to the entitlement recorded by the app and Apple. We do not promise any particular future character, location, mode, or feature.
Device permissions and safe play
Motion controls need camera permission. Touch or swipe controls do not. AirPlay, Screen Mirroring, Game Center, and nearby multiplayer may require compatible devices, an internet or local-network connection, and the corresponding iOS permissions.
You are responsible for a safe play space. Use motion controls with empty hands. Give yourself room to move and do not swing near people, pets, furniture, displays, or anything that could be struck.
Multiplayer and conduct
Do not misuse multiplayer, interfere with another player’s device or network, manipulate scores, purchases, or entitlements, or use our games to harass or harm others. Apple and Game Center terms also apply when you use those services.
Availability and simulation
The apps and websites are provided as-is. Physics, scoring, generated content, and representations of sport are designed for entertainment. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free simulation, or availability on every device or iOS version forever.
Intellectual property
The Infinite Gamer names and marks, our games’ names, artwork, characters, generated content, software, and related materials are owned by Infinite Gamer Inc. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, AirPlay, and Game Center are trademarks or services of Apple Inc.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Infinite Gamer Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, scores, purchases, or enjoyment arising from use of the apps or websites. Our total liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; there our liability is limited to the minimum the law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms, the websites, and the games. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
